Job Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django - React/Next.js) to join our team in the Philippines. You will embody our company culture and use your craft and creativity to help us take our MEDDICC operating system to the next level. You will be working on our Backend API in Django and frontend React application implementing loads of innovative features. We are looking for someone who loves building products and is curious and passionate about our tech stack.

Responsibilities:

Craft: You will use your craft to develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using React and Next.js on the front end and Python / Django on the back end. You will have great experience in troubleshooting and debugging code while you work with a team of engineers to build and develop complex new features

Craving: We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer who is driven, and motivated about their work. You should consistently see opportunities for growth and improvement, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.

Curiosity: Curiosity is an essential trait for an Full Stack Developer on our team. You should have the ability to ask insightful questions, explore new ideas, and adapt to changing circumstances. Your curiosity will contribute to your success in this role.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development
• Experience with React and Next.js
• Strong Experience with Python / Django
• Experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience with unit testing and continuous integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working on applications that communicate with an API
• Experience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)
